DDM team members enjoy a flexible schedule that allows backpacking trips, family emergencies, and all the life events that don’t fit neatly into the typical work day. From data engineers to marketing strategists and managers dedicated to our clients’ success, we apply our skills to make marketing work for each of our clients. Most of our team members have worked for small businesses, agencies, or in-house marketing teams at some point in their careers—or sometimes all three! While our histories and skill sets are vast, we still find ways to connect and grow to meet the needs of our team and clients.

What happens after I apply?

We’re not going to sugar-coat this—we’re picky! We passionately stand behind the service we provide, the team we’re creating, and the company we’re building. Not every resume meets all of the qualifications of our digital marketing careers. That’s okay!

We believe in treating applicants with the same respect as we give our own employees. From the moment we receive your application, you can expect our team will be committed to honoring your time. Once we receive your application, our team will review it within 3–5 business days. If your skills meet our needs, you can expect to hear from our Director of people, wellness, and education shortly thereafter with an invite to schedule with her virtually. If the synergy is there, you may expect up to two additional interviews, including a possible paid project to showcase your skill set. We believe people deserve to be paid for the time they spend on interview projects.
